I did it because I wanted to re experience the camaraderie and friendships that are created by people doing the challenge

It was my third LFLC. I skipped 2 in-between 2 and 3 so I did it because I wanted to re experience the camaraderie and friendships that are created by people doing the challenge. I also wanted to improve my physical self a little bit more than I could by just doing the workouts.

I gained a few lbs and a few inches. I like to believe it was all muscle.
As an obstacle? I worked through a few painful injuries and just modified some exercises so I could continue to work out.
Life changes? I am positive I will never let myself get soft and out of shape again.
