Ken and I set a goal of taking one vacation a month. As we all know we met or exceeded that goal every month.

I set 2 – 4 goals in every area. I would expect no less of myself since I teach personal development. I am pretty good at this stuff but I could have done better in a couple of areas. Still, I made progress and that’s the point, yes?

Physical – I was the least successful in this area, which is ironic I think since I run a fitness business.  I don’t have many issues with food but I made some small changes and was very pleased with the way I ate. The biggest change was not eating at night.

Spiritual – I always read from the scriptures everyday but I set up a more rigorous and disciplined scripture study and stuck to it.

Family & Relationships – One of my goals the last two challenges was to make more time for family. I have done that and it has been awesome. I have spent a lot more time with my kids and grandkids the last two months.

Mental & Motivational – I read 12 books and started a 13th this Challenge. They were a mix of spiritual, motivational and novels.

Financial – I restarted my ‘at home’ mad money stash. I think all women should have a significant savings account of their own and I do but I also felt like I needed a little stash at home. I did it for a while and then spent it. I started over this challenge and have $200. It doesn’t sound like much but I am happy about it.

Business/Professional – I had set the goal of having 300 paid members. I didn’t reach that. I also set a goal of having the systems manual started. I delegated that to Jessica Powell and it is on its way!

Lifestyle – Ken and I set a goal of taking one vacation a month. As we all know we met or exceeded that goal every month. We also set the goal of attending at least one cultural event a month and we also met or exceeded that goal. I attended four plays or musicals in July!

I would like my fellow trainers to know that I am totally moved by the changes people make in the challenges. I am seriously moved when I think about what humans are capable of once they decide.
